This event will be held at the Citadel Cultural Centre, Cittadella, Victoria, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The carnival of Ghajnsielem is going to be held on Saturday  2 nd March from 1.30 pm onward.  The carnival will be held in the square.

The Qala Carnival will be held on Friday 1 th March from 7.00 pm.  The Carnival will be held at Qala Parish Square.  There will be a party at 6.30 pm.

Help for Farmers and Fishermen

"STATEMENT BY THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY FOR AGRICULTURE, FISHERIES AND ANIMAL RIGHTS

The Parliamentary Secretariat for Agriculture, Fisheries and Animal Rights announces that from today, 26 February 2019 opened freephone by 80,072,213 number to fishermen, farmers and Maltese and Gozitan farmers can communicate with departments concerned for each kind of assistance and information they need related to stormy weather that has gripped our country over the last few days. The lines are open from 8am to 7pm including Saturdays and Sundays.

 

Meanwhile, the Department of Rural Development has already begun inspecting several areas to identify the damage inflicted. The Parliamentary Secretariat will place at the disposal of fishermen, farmers and villagers this time so hard for and sector."
