Fontana Wine Fest

"A Wine Festival will be organised in Fontana providing a vast selection of wines produced locally by Bacchus Winery. There will also be 4 different areas directed to different age groups.

There will be a Main stage Area – which will consist of the wines which will be available as an open bar when purchasing the glass and will hold a huge exhibition portraying the Maltese festa. Popular bands Novel and Red Eletrick will be present to entertain the crowds.

Then there is a Kitchen Area – with a food stand by Ghaqda tan-Nar Fontana.

Another feature will be the Garden Area – with an open air cinema showing for free SIMSHAR the Maltese movie. There will also be an agricultural exhibition portraying Malta’s plants.

Kids Area – with various events – a show made by kids for kids.

8.00pm – Activities start at Main Stage, Kids Area, Garden Area and Kitchen Area

11.30pm – Flame Show"

This event will be held on the 21 st of September, at the Fontana Church Parvis, from 8.00 pm.

Malta International Food Festival – Gozo Edition

On Friday 10 August and Saturday 11 th August, at the Xewkija Square, there will be held the Malta International Food Festival, were there will be food stands selling food from all over the world.

This event will be from 6.00 pm.
