"If you want to experience the sight and sound of what is purely Gozitan, then head to the Villa Rundle Gardens on the 14th and 15th August, for the Santa Marija Agricultural Fair.

Enjoy the colourful atmosphere, the range of local agricultural and craft produce, livestock, plants and local food to enjoy. Early birds are rewarded with smaller crowds and lower temperatures, so if you want to enjoy this show, be at the Villa Rundle before 9am and soak in the unique atmosphere!"

An event not to be missed.  This event is held on the 14 th of August, from 7.00 pm to 11.00 pm and on the 15 th of August, from 7.00 am to 1.00 pm.

Enemalta Scheduled Maintenance - Ghajnsielem 16-8-2018

On the 16-8-2018,  Enemalta plc will be having a scheduled Maintenance which may result in power suspension in Ghajnsielem between 7.30 am and 4.30 pm in the following streets:

Perseid Meteor Shower 2018 (Dwejra, Gozo, Malta)

On Sunday 12 th August, at Dwejra, from 10 pm onwards, one can see the Perseid Meteor shower in full.

"This year, we shall be setting up at Dwejra, the darkest night sky location in the Maltese islands and a dark sky heritage site. We will have our cameras set up to capture a few Perseid meteors as they enter the Earth's atmosphere, and a few telescopes for those attending to use. Everyone is welcome to join us!"

#WaveOfChange Clean Up

"On International Youth Day, a clean up will be taking place in Marsalforn Bay.

Participants will also be able to enjoy some water activities free of charge! Everyone is invited."

This event will be held on 12 th August, from 1.30 pm to 3.30 pm.
