Organ Concert and Masterclass 2-6-2018

A Masterclass on organ performance and organ building by Paolo Oreni & Noel Gallo will be held on 2nd June on the new Organ of the Xewkija Parish Church from 10.30 am to 12.00 pm.

In the evening, from 8.00 pm, organists Paolo Oreni & Sara Musumeci will give a concert also at the Xewkija Parish Church.

Ghasri Village Feast

This week is the Ghasri Festa, the feast is dedicated to Christ the Saviour.

"Programme:

Friday 1st June
8.30pm – Dinner at the village square with the participation of a live band

Saturday 2nd June
9.15pm – Musical programme at the village square
10.15pm – Ground fireworks at the village square
11.15pm – an evening of music at the parish centre

Sunday 3rd June
3.00pm – Traditional street horse racing
8.15pm – Start of procession with the statue of Christ the Saviour
10.15pm – Musical programme at the villlage square by a local band"
