Environmental Awareness at Nadur Public Library

"A morning of eco-stories and songs for all ages at Nadur Public Library!

On the day: Wasteserv will be delivering an Environmental Awareness talk and discussion & Nadur Public Library will be officially receiving a book donation by HSBC.

This event is FREE of charge and no booking required."

This event will be held on Saturday 17 th November, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm.

Live re-enactment of the Last Supper and Exhibition of the Holy Week - Nadur

From Friday 23 th of March to Friday 30 th of March, one can have the opportunity to see a live re-enactment of the Last Supper.  There is also an exhibition of the Holy week. This will be held at 54, Dun Frangisk Grima, Racecourse Street, Nadur.

The 2 Islands Challenge 2018

Take part in this CHALLENGE to raise funds for CYSTIC FIBROSIS TRUST.
Challenge yourself! Walk 13kms, 32kms or the full 45 kms in ONE DAY across Gozo and Malta.

Gozo Nature Walk

BirdLife Malta is organizing a nature walk in Gozo on Sunday 18 th March from 8.30 pm to 5.30 pm.

"A walk will be held in the morning whilst in the afternoon, after a lunch in Xlendi, we will visit Ta' Pinu National Shrine - Gozo, Malta (see planned schedule below). 

- Morning Walk: Mġarr – Ħondoq Ir-Rummien – Qala Cart Ruts – Ġebla Tal-Ħalfa – Hardstone Quarry – Qala village
- Lunch (optional): 3-course lunch at Valley View Restaurant, Xlendi 
- Afternoon: Visit to Ta’ Pinu Shrine

Transport will be provided from Qala to Xlendi for lunch after the walk, from Xlendi to Għarb after lunch for the visit to Ta’ Pinu, and then from Ta’ Pinu to the ferry at Mġarr.

* Our meeting point will be at Ċirkewwa at 08:30 sharp and we will return to Malta on the 17:30 ferry.
* Participants must pay their own ferry ticket.
* This event is open for BirdLife Malta members only.
* Suitable for ages 12+

Participation fee
- Trip only at €8 per person
- Trip + Lunch at €21 per person

Wild For Orchids Gozo Info Meeting! 3-2-2018

Next Saturday, the Greenhouse Malta will hold a talk and then after a field excursion about wild orchids.
The talk will at EcoGozo Ministry for Gozo at 10.30 am.
